Making Outcomes that Matter

On the 4th December 2014 Healthwatch Richmond (with Richmond Council and Richmond CCG) hosted an afternoon panel discussion on the development of an outcomes based approach to commissioning community services across health and social care. Outcomes Based Commissioning is the way Richmond Clinical Commissioning Group will commission Community NHS care in the future.

Over 80 people attended the event. We received 8 feedback forms on participants experiences. Of these 8, all respondents rated the event as either “Good” or “Very Good” for communications, meeting packs and venue/ catering. Most rated speakers and content as “Good” or “Very Good” however two respondents rated both as “Average”.
