With the winter holidays, opening hours can change for healthcare and social services.

MEDICAL HELP

If you need urgent medical help, including urgent mental health support, prescriptions and or dentistry call 111. If there is a life threatening emergency call 999. 

MENTAL HEALTH

FESTIVE ACTIVITIES and FOOD BANKS

Ruils published their annual Christmas Resources pack with lots of Christmas Day lunches and activities so no one has to be alone on Christmas. 

Our office will be closed from 23rd December to 2nd January 2026.
