Projects & Engagement Officer
You will undertake projects using surveys, interviews, focus groups and visits to gather the views and experiences of people who use NHS and social care and use this to produce evidenced reports & recommendations for how services should improve. As well as working with people from the community, you will work with staff and managers at all levels from across health and social care.
Our work is challenging and constantly evolving so the ability to pick-up new skills and approaches, adapt ones and find pragmatic solutions is essential.

Following the Government’s decision to transfer Healthwatch’s functions into Integrated Care Boards and the Local Authority, Healthwatch Richmond is seeking a new Chair.
As Chair of Healthwatch Richmond, you will have a unique opportunity to lead us until March 2027, through the transfer of our role and help the organisation to secure a positive end.
