From our findings, we created six recommendations for the practice. These were;
- Online appointment booking should be actively promoted.
- Exterior signage should be improved at the Lock Road site.
- Reassurance should be provided around the exterior lighting at the Lock Road site.
- Reassurance that the information displayed at both sites is up to date and relevant.
- Water dispensers or facilities should be introduced into the waiting areas in both sites.
