    We reviewed the service of the Emergency Department at Kingston Hospital in March 2018.

    We published a report looking into Crisis Care in February 2020. Alongside this we have also been working with partners from across the system to map Crisis Care services in Richmond, as part of the wider Mental Health Transformation work.

    We carried out a series of visits to review the Emergency Department and the Urgent Care Centre at West Middlesex Hospital. The findings of the report is based on the feedback from 78 patients and 16 members of staff.

    This report represents 2200 experiences collected through around 250 visits to community groups across the geographic and demographic range of Richmond as well as the findings of focussed reviews of services where relevant to the JSNA topics.

    Earlier this year, The London Ambulance Service asked us for advice on how they can improve the care that they provide Londoners. We conducted a survey to explore the patient journey and obtain their thoughts as a result. The report is now available.
