    Between January and April 2019 we visited the Recovery & Support Team at Richmond Royal Hospital. This multi-disciplinary service supports approximately 900 people, providing treatment and help to adults with severe and enduring mental health issues.

    In February 2019, Youth Out Loud! completed their first 15 steps challenge at Kingston Hospital. They gave invaluable advice to improve the paediatric day unit and the paediatric emergency unit.

    Healthwatch Richmond has been campaigning for improvements in NHS Dentistry since late 2020 when it first became clear that the pandemic had led to a crisis in an already overstretched service.

    Earlier this year, The London Ambulance Service asked us for advice on how they can improve the care that they provide Londoners. We conducted a survey to explore the patient journey and obtain their thoughts as a result. The report is now available.

    We collected the experience of over 800 residents to improve local services helping people to eat healthy, stay active, stop smoking, and reduce alcohol intake.

    South West London & St George's NHS Mental Health Trust are transforming their services to make improvements to how they operate. We collected patient experiences to measure and monitor the level of patient satisfaction throughout the process.

    We have written on behalf of Healthwatch Richmond and Healthwatch Merton in response to the consultation on the move of cancer services from Royal Marsden to either St George’s or Evalina Hospitals.

    In November 2023, Boots Pharmacy in Tangley Park and Priory Road closed down, leaving only one remaining pharmacy in Hampton. We had a number of residents contact us about the major inconvenience this has caused.
